For print the rest pages, please click on the page you want to print at first, then click on print. Once I spend DAYS printing this thing out PAGE by PAGE i can dump it into ANY copier and covert to PDF - thanks for nothing??? They are now developing a software can convert the VBK file to PDf directly.
